MyWorkPLAN’s main modulesEstimator : This module enables you to build detailed quotations having checked through all technical requirements. With MyWorkPLAN you can search the database for similar jobs or quotations, simulate delivery times, compare real costs against budget, and much more….
Job Tracker : You can track the status of each job in this module: cost control, job progress, delivery, lead-times, invoicing….. It enables you to deliver first class customer service.
Scheduler : MyWorkPLAN allows you to plan and simulate your jobs and quotations in order managing your workload, resources and lead-times. It helps you take the right decisions at the right time.
InfoManager : All documents related to each job are organized and managed in this module. MyWorkPLAN is integrated with MS Word®, MS Excel®, Adobe PDF® and you can also create your own notes, filters and alarms for each job.

A selection of optional manufacturing modules
Advanced Bill of Materials (BOM) : This option enables fast, efficient management of BOM related data, with pagination management, recording of modifications, and import/export of BOMs from other systems and most popular CAD packages.
Purchasing : The purchasing option provides full purchasing management with the generation, control and receipt of supplier and subcontractor orders according to the requirements generated by each job.
Stock Management : This option, integrated with the purchasing module, gives you permanent stock control with detailed management of inventories, stock movements and locations.
Analyzer : The MyWorkPLAN Analyzer allows you to view and analyze 3D CAD files (standard and native) in order to calculate and set your technical cost budget.
Interfaces : MyWorkPLAN is open software and for this reason interfaces with all types of other systems (accounts, other ERPs, MS Office®, MS Project Professional® etc) and imports/exports data easily.
Reporting : MyWorkPLAN’s tools enables you to create lists, reports and graphs with ease using MS Word®, MS Excel® and MyWorkPLAN’s list generator.
