Quotations and technical cost budgets

MyWorkPLAN allows you to search the database for similar quotations and jobs based on user-defined technical criteria and to copy, paste and amend all the technical data (forecast times and costs, technical criteria) required to create the new quotation or job.

MyWorkPLAN manages quotation versions and simulations to give you control throughout the process - from the setting of the budget through to the creation of the quotation document which can be converted into PDF and transmitted securely by email to the customer.

With MyWorkPLAN you can also convert an accepted quotation and all related information straight into an order at a click of mouse.

InfoManager - document management

InfoManager is a clever tool which manages all documents generated by each job. Using the MS Windows Explorer® tree like structure, you can easily find and organize all your data. This module also allows you to add documents and notes and create alarms giving you total control over all job-related information.

Easy and Flexible

The intuitive interface features the EasyView tree structure allowing you to quickly find all information, create filters, and carry out searches and analyses, in a couple of mouse clicks.

Scheduler - planning and simulation

This module is MyWorkPLAN’s tool for job planning, analysing workload versus capacity.
It allows you to control lead-times and take appropriate action when faced with possible work overloads or bottlenecks.
MyWorkPLAN can export the planning data directly into MS Excel® and MS Project Professional®

Analyzer – for 3D data

MyWorkPLAN’s integrated Analyzer enables the viewing and analysis of 3D CAD files in standard and native formats. It allows users to better assess the part or job in hand in order to calculate the cost in terms of materials, required tasks, and the degree of difficulty.

This technical information is automatically transferred to the database as a record of the quotation or job’s technical information.
