Cost Control

MyWorkPLAN gives you real time, detailed control of your job costs.

The system allows you to track time, material purchasing and subcontracting assigned to each job. You can also separate out and control the various tasks and steps in production.
You can even quickly configure the software to show complete job history (production, modifications, maintenance, repairs,…)

At any time you can compare real time/costs against those in the quotation budget.

Job Progress and Tracking

Within its Job Tracker module, MyWorkPLAN includes specific functions for precise job tracking.  Job progress can be viewed at the level of specific tasks and all operations involved in the job have their own status and date information (creation, start, end, forecast, etc). 

With this level of information, combined with its search and filtering tools, MyWorkPLAN provides detailed job tracking.

Time Management

You can record time, attendance and activity with this integrated module using touch screens, bar codes or PCs.  So from within MyWorkPLAN you can manage start and finish times, breaks, overtime, etc..as the employee and machine times are assigned to jobs and various tasks.  This means you always have real time information about times, costs and job progress at your fingertips.

Workload and Lead-time Control

MyWorkPLAN comes with tools for the control and tracking of workloads by department and resource.  You can therefore plan and assign tasks to be carried out with total efficiency.
MyWorkPLAN keeps you informed of job status versus the lead-times agreed with your customer and allows you to make any changes in your planning to enable you to meet your deadlines.

Purchasing and Subcontracting

With MyWorkPLAN you can manage the purchasing of the materials required for your jobs.
There are also advanced functions allowing you to :

- Import and Export lists of materials (BOMs) from other systems (CAD, MS Excel®).

- Calculate the weight of measurable materials (blocks, bars, etc) based on their dimensions and densities.

- Issue purchase orders with your suppliers based on the purchasing requirements generated by the list of materials.

- Have constant control of inventory.

- Have total control of materials receiving.

- Record costs of materials with purchase orders, acknowledgements of receipt and supplier invoices all linked

Subcontracting can also be managed efficiently within MyWorkPLAN as any of the job tasks can be subcontracted and associated costs controlled and assigned to the job.
